I lived in the building and felt management was great. Helpful when needed. I did feel the charges are high for water and they charge not only for water but communal lighting and for trash pickup' I think our rent should have covered that. Close to everything and the building had great unique features. Mushroom concrete columns, brick walls and some units had huge windows. Miss living there.
