The J.C. Dielmann Building was built between the years of 1883-1895 by John Charles Dielmann, one of the greatest contributors to San Antonio’s architecture. The Building was built to serve as the headquarters of the building materials firm J.C. Dielmann Company, which was run by Mr. Dielmann and his sons.

The building was abandoned in the 1970’s and remained this was until purchased in 2005 by the Milmo Group and renovation started in 2006 which lead to a conversion into the Dialmann Lofts
