Douglas Building

The Douglas Building Lofts is a true loft conversion building located in Downtown Los Angeles’ historic Old Bank District. The 5-story office building with its characteristic curved corner facade, originally built in 1898 as the city headquarters of the Standard Pacific Company, was restored and converted in 2005 to 50 unique loft residences. Original historic details were preserved and restored in the renovation, including original double-hung windows, the unique curved corner façade and the decorative terra cotta grille above the ground floor façade.
