Flower Street Lofts was built in 1936 and was originally the UPS building. It was turned into live-work lofts in 2003.
Flower Street Lofts features over 12 distinct floor plans, ranging from 1,315 sqft to 2,410 sqft, as well as the tallest residential ceiling heights in the area (from 14′ to 20′ high). Generous natural light shines through the expansive windows which were a reflection of the original UPS building with views east, west and north. Each unit is equipped with gourmet kitchens, stone countertops, well-appointed bathrooms, and state-of-the-art wiring for high speed internet.
The building is located across the street from Staples Center, where the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, and Kings play, the Nokia Theatre where many live concerts are held, the convention center, and the “LA Live” scene. Next to the Ritz Carlton Residences, it is the second closest condos to these attractions.
