Ford Factory features unique one and two bedroom lofts with restaurants and retailers conveniently located at street level. Built in 1914 by the Ford Motor Company as a manufacturing plant, the U.S. War Department purchased the building in 1942 for a military induction and examination center. The former factory also served as a storage facility for the Air Force. Purchased by an investment group in 1982, renovations began, transforming this former manufacturing plant into an urban apartment community.
Ford Factory features 15 foot ceilings, 13 foot original factory windows, concrete pillars, one and two bedroom floorplans, and a charm that can’t be put into words.
