Hermann Lofts is a historic loft building in downtown Houston, TX, that features loft elements combined with modern luxuries, including: granite slab counters, 11 foot ceilings and huge walk-in closets.

Located one block from Market Square, Hermann Lofts is in the heart of Downtown Houston’s famed historic district. Hermann Lofts is within blocks of all major downtown attractions like the Theatre District and sports arenas and steps away from top quality Houston restaurants, exciting nightlife and casual cafes and downtown cultural amenities. Hermann Lofts are just blocks from the METRORail.

Originally built in 1917 and named after George Henry Hermann, the great Houston philanthropist, the building was last used on a full-time basis for the Salvation Army.

Hermann Loft units first opened its doors to residents in 1997. Hermann Lofts also features an exquisite rooftop terrace, reserved parking spaces for residents, and storage units. The Hermann Lofts boast 10 and 11-foot concrete ceilings, wide-open floor plans, and hardwood floors. Dubbed the Hermann Lofts, the 25-unit development was ready for tenants.
