The J.C. Dielmann Building was built between the years of 1883-1895 by John Charles Dielmann, one of the greatest contributors to San Antonio’s architecture. The Building was built to serve as the headquarters of the building materials firm J.C. Dielmann Company, which was run by Mr. Dielmann and his sons.
There are only three loft units in this building. The first floor is used for retail, and the building was remodeled to include three lofts on the second floor. The building is located in Southtown allowing easy access to Downtown San Antonio, and nearby parks.
