200 Brannan was jointly designed by MBH and Kwan Henmi Architects and built by Lennar Corp. This collection of 191 loft-style condominiums combines the best of lofts and condos in a unique and sophisticated package. The oriental Warehouse is a San Francisco designated landmark built in 1867 by The Pacific Mail Steamship Company. The Oriental Warehouse has 66 dramatic lofts with 18 foot ceilings.
