33 Ponce Lofts are a smaller loft residence building with just 20 units. Choose from one and two-bedroom lofts with anywhere from 900 sq. feet to 2,000 sq. feet. Built in the 1960s as a 3-story office building, 33 Ponce was converted in 2000 to a four-story luxury loft building.
