The Alda in Yaletown, was completed in 2003. It features contemporary finishes such as modern kitchens, cedar beams, and high ceilings. Alda is one of the few heritage loft building that offers outdoor space from many suites and parking stalls. This building has a reputation for offering unique living spaces in one of Vancouver’s most desirable areas.
