Candy Factory Lofts is one of Toronto’s most famous loft buildings. It is a six story post and beam loft building with 121 units, ranging in size from 1100 square feet one bedroom units to 3500+ square feet two-level penthouse suites. Some of the building features include real hardwood strip flooring, some exposed brick, mezzanine bedrooms, exposed fir columns and beams, exposed wood ceilings, floating spiral ductwork and granite counters.
