Fire Clay Lofts is a four-acre mixed-use redevelopment that combines the adaptive use of an old warehouse with new construction to create 166 condominiums, including 32 affordable residences. A total of 14 buildings featuring units in flat, loft, townhouse, and live/work configurations are located on the street front and perimeter of the two-block site.
