Giant Lofts is a loft community located in the popular Downtown area of Atlanta. It’s made up of 48 residential loft units. Building was built in 1923 and renovated to award winning standards as The Giant Lofts, the original structure remains evident throughout.

Solid concrete columns and floors, exposed brick walls, factory windows, high ceilings and open floor plans are just a few of the unique features which make The Giant one of Atlanta’s rare, authentic loft buildings.
