Ice House Lofts was converted in 1990 from the Littleton Creamery and Beatrice Cold Storage warehouse offering exposed brick and timber beam ceilings giving it a classic loft feel. Located next to Union Station, Ice House was one of LoDo’s original conversions and one of its best.
