The Kirkwood School Lofts are in a former school in the area of Kirkwood that has been growing and changing over the last few years. The school was build in the early 1900s, it was converted to loft apartments in 2005 the 24 units were sold as loft condominiums.

They maintained the original hardwood floors and large windows. Kirkwood is a rapidly growing area with new businesses popping up everyday and what is now a short drive to restaurants and retail will soon be just a walk.
