Nugrape Lofts is a fantastic boutique loft building with original features like exposed brick, ductwork and wooden trusses. It was originally constructed in 1937 and served as the headquarters for the National NuGrape Company, which distributed NuGrape soda, and it was converted to condos in 2003.
