Tip Top Tailor building is located near Toronto’s waterfront. Built in 1929 by Bishop & Miller, making this a historic property. It was converted in 2005 into 253 loft style units over 10 stories. Units range from 600 sq. ft – 2580 sq. ft. over 50 unique floor plans, 13 ft + high ceilings.
