This circa 1920 department store has been redesigned to incorporate 15 exclusive units which boast 14 to 18 ft. beaded board ceilings, round structural columns with ornate capitals, 10 to 14 ft. high Palladian windows, flats, 2 & 3 story units, and the original brick internal walls.
